1 Introduction

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the fellbet platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, or IP address, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds in any duplicate accounts.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

• Deposits are credited to your fellbet wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day.
• fellbet does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which fellbet bears no responsibility.
• All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Currency conversion, if required, is handled by your payment provider and any associated costs are borne by you.
• By depositing funds, you confirm that the source of funds is lawful and that you are not engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal can be processed. This is a mandatory regulatory requirement that fellbet cannot waive.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your fellbet account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Any bonus funds remaining in your wallet that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of withdrawal. Only cleared, wagering-complete funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• fellbet reserves the right to conduct additional security and identity checks before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for large or unusual transactions.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

fellbet offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out below:

• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are available to new players aged 21 and above on their first qualifying deposit only. One bonus per household, IP address, mobile number, and payment method.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is twenty times (20×) the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses and related winnings are forfeited automatically.

7 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on the fellbet platform. Specific game rules for individual products (sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, etc.) are detailed in the respective game sections of the platform.

• All bets placed on fellbet are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or altered after they have been accepted by the system except in circumstances expressly permitted under specific game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. Limits may vary by game, table, or event and are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that disrupts a game or bet in progress, fellbet will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with the applicable game rules and in a manner that is fair to all players involved.
• fellbet reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds, pricing errors, or outcomes that were determined prior to the placement of the bet.

• Winnings from valid bets are credited to your fellbet wallet upon settlement of the game or market. Settlement timelines vary by product type.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fellbet platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one fellbet account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker or live casino games.

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or social means.
• Using the fellbet platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including commercial reselling of gaming credits or accounts.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, including use of VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geo-restrictions.

9 Responsible Gaming

fellbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a fundamental operating principle. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become harmful, and we take this responsibility seriously.

• You may request a self-exclusion from the fellbet platform at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Self-exclusions take effect within 24 hours and can be set for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently.

10 Suspension & Termination of Accounts

fellbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements, including the 21-year minimum age requirement.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's financial institution.
• At the request of the player, including upon receipt of a self-exclusion request.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so, including instructions from PAGCOR.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last used withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigation. No compensation will be paid for account closures resulting from player violations of these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fellbet's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their fellbet account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

• fellbet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress, arising from your use of the platform.
• fellbet does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform and is not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or events outside its reasonable control, including force majeure events.

• fellbet does not guarantee winnings, profits, or favorable outcomes from the use of the platform. The results of all games are determined by chance, and any perceived patterns or strategies do not guarantee results.

12 Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on the fellbet platform are owned by or licensed to fellbet. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes.
